The Pigeon Playa

I just saw the funniest thing today. On the rooftop of the building across mine, a male pigeon was trying to get his freak on with an unwilling female pigeon. After several minutes of prancing, preening, and feather puffing, the female relented and let the male climb on her back and mount her. Just as he did, another female pigeon landed on the roof next to them. The male, having spotted her, abandoned his conquest in mid- thrust and promptly began prancing, preening, and puffing for the other female!

Reminds me of some people I know.
